Association of Research Libraries (ARL) member representatives and staff will gather virtually September 29–October 7, ARL Board Meeting, Fall Monday, October 5 @ pmMissing: Salary setting.

A survey was developed for the Systems and Procedures Exchange Center (SPEC) to gather information on how Association of Research Libraries (ARL) academic libraries set salaries for new hires and how these libraries determine salary adjustments for professionals after employment.

The survey was mailed to ARL libraries, with 87 institutions responding. ARL Annual Salary Survey – Reports Data on Professional Positions in Member Libraries.
